Our Approach

Learning From Home

Inclusive Minds was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: learning should be shaped around the child—not the other way around.

As a qualified teacher with a broad range of experience across both mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings in Primary and Secondary schools throughout Wales and England, I’ve seen firsthand how traditional education often falls short of meeting every learner’s needs. I created Inclusive Minds to change that.

Our approach is built on flexibility, empathy, and a deep respect for each child’s unique learning style. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to suit your child’s pace and preferences, incorporating movement, sensory breaks, outdoor learning, and a calm, supportive teaching style. We combine professional expertise with genuine care, creating sessions that support both academic growth and emotional well-being.

We understand that attention spans vary—particularly for younger learners or those with additional needs such as ADHD or Autism. A typical 5-year-old may focus for 10–25 minutes at a time, increasing to 20–30 minutes by age 10 and 34-48 minutes by 16!. That’s why Inclusive Minds offers extended sessions with built-in breaks, giving children the time to reset and re-engage. This flexible format helps children absorb more from each session, and gives families the freedom to structure learning in a way that works best for them.

At Inclusive Minds, connection comes first. Whether your child has Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, or simply benefits from a more adaptive, nurturing environment—this is a space where they will feel safe, seen, and supported.

Education should be accessible to every mind. That’s why we offer mobile, flexible tutoring designed around your child—not a system. Because inclusion isn’t just part of what we do—it’s the foundation of everything.
